JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-08-2019 The petitioner has challenged the order dated 22.06.2019 passed by the District Programme Officer, Katihar in Anganbari Appeal No. 10 of 2019 whereby the appointment of the petitioner on the post of Anganbari Sevika has been cancelled.

The petitioner ought to challenge the aforesaid order before the District Magistrate, Katihar. Should such an appeal be filed within a period

Patna High Court CWJC No.16489 of 2019(2) dt.26-08-2019 2/2 of two weeks from today, the District Magistrate, Katihar shall dispose off the appeal after hearing the parties by a reasoned order. In case the District Magistrate is of the view that the matter be heard by the Divisional Commissioner in view of the new guidelines of 2019, he would either transmit the records of the case to the office of the Divisional Commissioner or would ask the petitioner to prefer a revision petition before him. In any event, if the records of the case is transferred to the Office of the Divisional Commissioner or a revision is filed, the Divisional Commissioner shall be under an obligation to dispose off the case within a reasonable period of time.

With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
