The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Mofassil P.S. Case No. 486 of 2016 registered under Sections 302 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the direct and specific allegation made in the first information report that the petitioners opened fire

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22328 of 2018 (2) dt.27-04-2018 causing instantaneous death of the husband of the informant, I am not inclined to grant them pre-arrest bail. The application is rejected.
