The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 363, 366A, 372, 448, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, 17 year old daughter of the informant who was kidnapped by Sajid Ansari and 2-3 of his friends. It is further stated that on the informant going to the house of Sajid Ansari to make inquiry, his father the petitioner herein asked him to run away.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case only for the reason that he happens to be the father of the main accused Sajid Ansari. No overt act has been raised against the

The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State who submits that it appears that the victim has not been recovered.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature of allegation against the petitioner in the FIR together with the petitioner having remained in custody for more than 7 months, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Turkauliya P.S. Case no. 533 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari.
