Petitioners seek anticipatory bail in Shyampur Bathan P.S. Case No.81 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the I.P.C. The allegation against the petitioners is that they happen to be only a member of unlawful assembly. There is admitted earlier land dispute between the parties.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that both parties are agnates. The present case is counter blast of Shyampur Bathan P.S.Case No.86 of 2017 filed from the side of the petitioners. The allegation of assault is against eleven persons. These petitioners are family members having omnibus allegations.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Raj Kapoor, J.M. 1st Class, Shivhar, in Shyampur Bathan P.S.Case No.81 of 2017 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
