Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Wazirganj P.S.Case No.6/2016 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 472 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution story as per the FIR is that the land of the informant has been sold to the petitioners by one Saurabh Mukharjee and they are trying to take possession over the same.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that Annexure-2 discloses that the above land has been sold by the mother of the informant to Saurabh Mukharjee and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51574 of 2019(2) dt.19-08-2019 2/2 Saurabh Mukharjee executed the sale-deed in favour of the petitioners and they are only purchaser.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM1st, Gaya in connection with Wazirganj P.S.Case No.6 of 2016, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
