The petitioner being the mother of the husband of the victim is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after nine years of the marriage in the background of dowry demand of rupees fifty thousand and a buffalo. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that considering the death after nine years of the marriage and the statement of the daughter of the victim, the husband of the victim has been granted regular bail vide Cr.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45054 of 2015 (2) dt.02-11-2015 2/2 Misc. No. 51737 of 2014.

Considering the accusation being omnibus and general and petitioner being a lady, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jhanjharpur in connection with Bhairabsthan P.S. Case No. 65 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
