Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the aforesaid two orders passed in the writ petition and

Patna High Court CWJC No.12300 of 2017 (2) dt.07-03-2018 2/2 the LPA.

The State Government should take steps in the light of the aforesaid two judgments and redress the grievances of the petitioner herein.
