2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 393 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the brother of the deceased. He is alleged to have killed the deceased. Except for his confessional statement, there is no material to connect him with the crime. The petitioner is in jail since 01.05.2024.

4. Considering the relationship and the fact that there is no material to connect the petitioner with the crime, this application is allowed.

5. Let for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Bettiah/ Successor Court in connection with Nautan (Jagdishpur) P.S. Case No. 393 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner will co-operate in the trial.
