This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 511 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 341, 387, 323, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that petitioner has criminal antecedent and in some of cases the allegations are serious, I am not inclined to grant him privilege of anticipatory bail. This application is accordingly rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail, if so advised. If he does so, his application for regular bail shall be considered by the learned Court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by rejection of present
