JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-10-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Baligawn P.S. Case No. 20/15, instituted under sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. From a mere reading of the F.I.R. it appears that it is a civil dispute as between the uncle of the informant and the informant. The question is that allegedly the sale deed was fraudulently executed. Other accused persons have already been granted anticipatory bail by this Court. The petitioner is said to be the identifier of the wrong vendor in the sale deed. Be that as it may, in the event of arrest or surrender within four weeks in the court below, the above named petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45243 of 2015 (2) dt.14-10-2015 2/2 satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Baligaon P.S. Case No. 20/2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
