The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 63/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 353 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The informant, Circle Officer alleged that during course of inspection of the place it transpired that the petitioners had encroached upon the public land and they put hindrance in removing the encroachment.
It appears that omnibus and general allegation is made against the petitioners.
Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46894 of 2016 (2) dt.13-12-2016 2/2 made against the petitioners, the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Akorhigola P.S. Case No. 63/2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
