The Counsel for the Opposite Party No. 2 submits that none of the parties appeared before the Mediation Centre.

Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 15.05.2014 is, hereby, confirmed on the same terms in connection with Complaint Case No. 1098C of 2008 pending before the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa.

However, from henceforth, the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs. 1,000/- per month instead of Rs. 750/- in favour of the Complainant as earlier directed by this Court.
