JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 07-08-2019 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondents to remove the encroachment over the public land situated at Mauza-Beshwak, Islampur under DistrictNalanda appertaining to Thana No. 43, Khata No. 118, Plot No. 2016, new Plot No. 1074/2069.
This Court is of the opinion that for the purposes of removal of encroachment over a public land, the petitioner is required to take recourse to the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 by approaching the Circle Officer, Islampur, District-Nalanda.
Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off as
Patna High Court CWJC No.15780 of 2019(2) dt.07-08-2019 2/2 not pressed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 3 for redressal of his grievances. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) S.Sb/- U
