2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 16/2025 (POCSO Case No. 53/2025) dated 09.01.2025 registered for the offences punishable u/ss 126(2), 115(2), 69, 352, 351(2) read with section 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation against the co-accused Md. Hasib is of establishing physical relationship with the informant's daughter on the pretext of false promise of marriage. When the informant opposed, the petitioner and the co-accused persons abused and assaulted her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The specific allegation of establishing physical relationship with the victim is against the co-accused Md. Hasib. The petitioner has been implicated in this case only because he is the father of the co-accused Md. Hasib. The petitioner has clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioner is in custody since 30.06.2025.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as the period of custody, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Supaul in connection with Chhatapur P.S. Case No. 16/2025 (POCSO Case No. 53/2025).

7. The application stands allowed.
