JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-08-2019 Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected twice by this Court by order dated 21.5.2019 passed in Cr. Misc.No. 24292 of 2019 and allegation against the petitioner is that she got second wife of informant killed by hiring criminals. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that there was observation that petitioner may renew her prayer for bail after framing of charge and she is in custody for six months and charge has been framed in this case and petitioner is a lady.

Heard learned APP.

In the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it as
