2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 51 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act.

3. According to the allegation, one country-made pistol was recovered from the bed of the petitioner.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 23-03-2025.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54191 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/2 has opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the clean antecedent of the petitioner, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Tikapatti P.S. Case No. 51 of 2025, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.

7. Before accepting the bail bond, the criminal antecedent of the petitioner be verified from the court below and if it is found that he is involved in any other case except the present one, his bail bond shall not be accepted. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) kundan/- U T
