This petition is filed for extension of period of surrender of the petitioner in the Court below in pursuance of the order dated 12.12...2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.55827 of 2017. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioners were outside their house and the mother of the petitioners could not inform them on time, therefore, the petitioners could not surrender in the Court below within the time prescribed vide order dated 12.12.2017.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the period of surrender of the petitioners is extended for three weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the modification is allowed.
