The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No.114 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code besides Section 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of the Sub JudgeI-cum-A.C.J.M., Bikramganj, Rohtas. The accusation is that due to land dispute, this petitioner assaulted the informant through Farsa causing blood oozing injury at the head of the informant.

Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38973 of 2016 (2) dt.17-10-2016 2/2 the prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. However, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the trial court within four weeks from today and pray for regular bail, which shall be considered by the trial court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
