2. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 69 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 352, 351(2), 132, 324(2), 303(2), 109 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. The allegation against the petitioners is of causing damage to the Government property and attacking the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54208 of 2025(3) dt.18-11-2025 2/3 Government Officials as well as deter by them to discharge the official duty. The petitioners along with other accused persons, 50 in number, had participated in the alleged occurrence.

Learned Advocate for the petitioners submitted that save and except the omnibus nature of allegation, there is nothing on record, which suggests that the petitioners have actively participated in the crime. In fact, the petitioners were also consumers of Electricity Department and due to frequent power cut, the petitioners along with other accused persons had gone to make complaint to which the officials of the Electricity Board gave no notice and had become violent against the petitioners, due to which scuffle took place with the villagers and the officials of the Electricity Board, however, none of the persons have sustained any injury, which fact have also fortified from the impugned order. It is further contended that the other co-accused persons, having identical allegation, have been allowed the anticipatory bail by the learned coordinate Benches of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 55757 of 2025 and Cr. Misc. No. 69717 of 2025. The petitioners are men of fair antecedent.
5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State vehemently opposes the bail application and submits that the petitioners have actively participated in the crime.

Having considered the submissions set forth by the learned Advocate for the respective parties and taking note of the omnibus nature of allegation, besides the case of the petitioners based on parity, having fair antecedent, let the petitioners, named above, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Lakhisarai in connection with Chanan P.S. Case No. 69 of 2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with the further condition that one of the bailors shall be the own/close relative of the petitioners.
