20-02-2017 Heard Sri Rakesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Govt. Pleader - 21. The present petition has been filed in the garb of restoration of C.W.J.C. No. 6232 of 2015, which stood dismissed on 06-07-2015.

On perusal of the order, it is evident that ofcourse, at the time of hearing, none had appeared, a Bench of this Court had considered that the matter was delayed for 34 years and thereafter, the writ petition stood dismissed as wholly belated. In view of nature of order dated 06-07-2015 passed in

Patna High Court MJC No.2832 of 2015 (2) dt.20-02-2017 2/2 C.W.J.C. No. 6232 of 2015, the Court is of the opinion that the present restoration petition is misconceived and no positive order can be passed.

The petition stands dismissed.
