The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 384/307/387/504/379 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation of commission of injury at the head of the informant with sword is against co-accused Rupesh Kumar Sah. There is general and omnibus demand of ransom and commission of assault against the petitioners and others. Submission is that a civil suit is going on between the parties for the same land from which the informant was cutting bamboo.

No.53809 of 2016 (2) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa/Successor Court in connection with Saharsa Sadar Police Station Case No.172 of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
