Counsel for the petitioner has filed MJC No. 2442 of 2017 for correcting the pleading as due to typographical error in place of the Superintending Engineering Building Construction Department, Building Division, Darbhanga in the original petition it was wrongly typed as the Superintending Engineering Building Construction Department, Building Division, Sitamarhi and in place of the Executive Engineer, Building Construction Department, Building Division, Darbhanga it was wrongly typed

Patna High Court MJC No.2442 of 2017 (2) dt.22-11-2017 2/2 as the Executive Engineer, Building Construction Department, Building Division, Sitamarhi Accordingly, he prays for making correction in the address of respondent nos. 3 and 4.

Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to correct the address of the respondent nos. 3 and 4 as "Superintending Engineering Building Construction Department and Building Division, Darbhanga and Executive Engineer, Building Construction Department, Building Division, Darbhanga" in place of earlier address "Sitamarhi".

In view of the above, the order dated 21.7.2017 has to be read and the respondents are required to act accordingly. The order stands modified to the extent indicated above.
