06.11.2015 The Petitioners seek transfer of S.Tr. No. 659 of 2012 from the Court of 4th Additional Sessions Judge, Naugachia, Bhagalpur to the Court of 2nd Additional Sessions Judge, Naugachia, Bhagalpur on several grounds. Having gone through the records of the case, I do not find any reason for transferring the Sessions Trial. Hence, the Application stands dismissed with a direction to the Trial Court to conclude the Trial without granting unnecessary adjournment to any party.
