No. 42461 of 2016, whereby the petitioner, namely, Mithun Kumar, has been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail. On perusal of the record, it appears that Mahila P.S. Case No. 36 of 2016 discloses offence punishable under Sections 354, 504, 506 and 457 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of POCSO Act, whereas, in the order, dated 17.10.2016, Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 8 of the POCSO Act has not been mentioned.
