The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Badharia P.S.Case No. 542 of 2014 dated 19.12.2014 registered under section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she is the minor unmarried sister of the husband of the deceased and thus, he may be permitted to withdraw the application to move before the court below on the ground of juvenility. In view of the aforesaid, the application stands disposed off as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

In the event such application is moved, the court below shall consider the same on its own merits without being prejudiced by the present order.
