2. The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Nagar (Gopalganj) P.S. Case No. 884 of 2023 registered under Sections 302/34 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. At the very outset, learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State submits that petitioners have been declared absconder and process of Section 82 of Cr.P.C. has been initiated against them to ensure their appearance in the Court.

4. Having considered the fact that the process of Section 82 of the Cr.P.C. has already been issued against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.56580 of 2024(2) dt.10-09-2024 2/2 above named petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioners is rejected as not maintainable.
