The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 377 of 2013 registered under Sections 406, 420, 467 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that petitioner along with his associates misappropriated the money of the investors by way of breach of trust.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner, being the Manager, is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the alleged occurrence. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46900 of 2016 (3) dt.08-02-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 377 of 2013 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
