2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is a case of dowry death.

4. Petitioners are unmarried sisters-in-law of the deceased.

5. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody. Allegation against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57640 of 2023(2) dt.05-09-2023 2/2 petitioners are general and omnibus. Petitioners are separate in mess and property and are not concerned with family affairs of the deceased. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

6. Learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposes the bail application.

7. Considering the fact that thrust of accusation is against husband of the deceased who is already in custody, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Ara Nagar P. S. Case No. 454 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
