Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Ariyari (Kasar) P.S. Case No. 181 of 2017 for the offence under sections 341, 323, 325 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Wife is the informant in this case.

The allegation against the husband is of assaulting of his wife who is the petitioner before this court. In the past also the petitioner was made accused in Ariyai P.S. Case No. 61 of 2017 for the offence under section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the dispute between the informant-wife and the petitioner-husband, the court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of

No.13907 of 2018(2) dt.05-04-2018 2/2 arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Sheikhpura, in connection with Ariyari (Kasar) P.S. Case No. 181 of 2017 on the condition that the petitioner will keep his wife with full honour and dignity and in the event any complaint filed by the wife for any misbehavior or indecent act of the petitioner, the court below would be at liberty to take all coercive steps against the petitioner including cancellation of bail bond and other conditions as enumerated under section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
