The petitioner seeks bail in Sakra P.S. Case No. 328 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 341/34 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, one country made pistol and two live cartridges were recovered from possession of this petitioner who was making indiscriminate firing on the police party, though no one sustained any injury.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that no arms and ammunition has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 29.06.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
