1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(A) A writ in the nature of MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ/s, order/s, direction/s directing the Respondents:- I. To immediately pay the revised salary w.e.f. 01.01.1996.

II. To immediately grant 1st A.C.P. (for completion of 12 years of service) and

Patna High Court CWJC No.14098 of 2022(2) dt.27-02-2024 2/2 M.A.C.P. (for completion of 12 years of service).

III. To why the revised salary, A.C.P. and M.A.C.P. have not been paid to the petitioners as yet though as per the Government Circular passed by Finance Department in Circular No. 630 dated 21.01.2010 and Circular No. 660 dated 08.12.1999."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura by filing appropriate representation. Liberty so sought is granted.

3. It is needless to state that in case appropriate petition is filed, by the petitioners, before the District Magistrate, Sheikhpura, within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be considered, in accordance with law and a reasoned and a speaking order shall be passed, thereon, within a period of six weeks, thereafter.

4. The present writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
