1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present application has been filed for modification in the father's name of the petitioner in the order dated 15.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29998 of 2025 whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail subject to the condition that the petitioner shall surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of order.

3. Mr. Shiw Kumar Prabhakar, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to typographical error name of father of the petitioner was wrongly typed in the petition. The correct name of father of petitioner is Faruk Ansari @ Md. Faruk but

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54179 of 2025(2) dt.08-08-2025 2/2 due to mistake it was typed as Late Fakruddin @ Late Fakruddin Ansari in the petition and the same was incorporated in the aforesaid order. In fact Late Fakruddin @ Late Fakruddin Ansari is grandfather of the petitioner and name of father of the petitioner is Faruk Ansari @ Md. Faruk and this fact is mentioned in paragraph no. 4 of the present petition. He, accordingly, prays for further four weeks time to surrender before the learned District Court.

4. Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, the order dated 15.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29998 of 2025 is modified to the extent that father's name of the petitioner be read and treated as Faruk Ansari @ Md. Faruk in place of Late Fakruddin @ Late Fakruddin Ansari.

5. Let the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned court below by order dated 15.05.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29998 of 2025 be extended by further two weeks from today.
