2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 667/2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-A)/25(1-AA)/25(1-B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though a huge catchment of arms was recovered from the place of occurrence but from the petitioner one mobile phone has been recovered. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused persons namely Jitendra Kumar, Wakil Paswan and Manoj Singh have been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 23.08.2024, 05.07.2024 and 14.03.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 28291 of 2024, Cr. Misc. No. 27742 of 2024 and Cr. Misc. No. 18174 of 2024 respectively.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 23.11.2023 and he

5. Considering the period of custody, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Daudnagar, Aurangabad/concerned court in connection with Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 667/2023.

6. The petitioner is directed to mark his attendance in Daudnagar police station on every Sunday of the month. Failure to do so, will result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner. He will co-operate in the trial also.
