2. The petitioner has moved the Court for the following relief:

"That this petition is being filed with a prayer for issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to pay the scale of 5500/- to 9000/- as per the pay scale provided by the State Government vide its letter contained in Memo No. 1139 dated 18.06.2016 issued by the Department of

Patna High Court CWJC No.1813 of 2017 (2) dt.07-09-2017 2/2 Education, Government of Bihar with effect from 01.04.1997."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though he has filed a representation with regard to the present grievance before the respondent no. 5, he may be permitted to file a fresh representation before the respondent no. 4 which may be directed to be disposed off expeditiously.

4. Learned counsel for the respondents does not oppose.

5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with liberty aforesaid.

6. If the petitioner files a fresh representation before the respondent no. 4 within four weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed off by a reasoned order within two months from the date of filing of such representation.

7. If any amount is required to be paid to the petitioner in terms of the order to be passed, the same shall also be paid to him within the next one month.
