2 This revision petition has been preferred by the petitioner being aggrieved with the order dated 01.06.023 passed by the learned Additional Principal Jude, Family Court, Patna in Maintenance Case No 380 (M) of 2021 whereby and whereunder the learned Family Court allowed the application of opposite party No 2 - wife and directed the petitioner to pay a monthly interim maintenance of Rs 10,000/- to opposite party No 2 - wife and Rs 3,500/- to her minor son.
3 All the grounds raised by the petitioner in this petition are of the matter of evidence which will be considered and decided
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.552 of 2023 dt.02-09-2024 2/2 by the learned Family Court after recording of evidence of both the parties. The impugned order itself shows that by the agreement dated 28.09.2020, both the parties have admitted their matrimonial status and further in the month of January 2022, after deductions, petitioner was getting monthly payment of Rs 44,874/-.
4 Considering the above, the learned Family Court has passed such order of interim maintenance which is based upon the pleadings as well as documents available on record. 5 At this stage, I do not find any infirmity or illegality in the said order. Accordingly, this revision petition is dismissed at the stage of admission itself, having no merit.
