The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Nasriganj P.S. Case No. 72/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/6 of the Protection of Child from Sexual Offence Act, 2012.

Considering the entire circumstances and in view of the facts that the offence is of serious nature and that the petitioner had helped main accused persons, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
