This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No. 602 of 2020 registered under section 30(a), 30(d), 30(G), 33, 41 and 52 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 5000 litre of Spirit. Petitioner is in custody since 22.12.2022. The petitioner have 19 antecedent of similar nature. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
