Due to inadvertence in the fourth line of first paragraph of the judgment dated 30.6.2015, the word "confirmed" has wrongly been mentioned, whereas it should have been the word "set aside".

The judgment dated 30.6.2015 passed in Cr.Misc.No.49047 of 2008 is modified to the aforesaid extent. The application stands allowed.
