In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Complaint Case No.1152 (C) of 2016, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 406, 418, 420 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Primarily, allegation has been made that father of these petitioners have taken loan of Rs.3,05,000/- from the complainant, but he did not return the money, led to lodging of the present complaint case.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6109 of 2018 (2) dt.02-02-2018 2/2 Looking to the nature of allegation, let the petitioners, namely, Deepak Kumar and Amit Kumar, be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Complaint Case No.1152(C) of 2016, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
