JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2018 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by way of I.A. No. 3949 of 2017, a notification dated 21.4.2017 issued by the Health Department, Government of Bihar, has been brought on record whereby and whereunder the petitioner has already been granted voluntary retirement. In such view of the matter it is submitted that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed, nonetheless it is submitted that the respondents be directed to grant the benefits of ACP etc. as well as arrears of salary.
I do not propose to keep the present writ petition
Patna High Court CWJC No.2552 of 2017 (2) dt.27-03-2018 2/2 pending for the aforesaid limited prayer of the petitioner, hence I direct the petitioner to file a representation regarding his grievances before the respondent no.2 within a period of two weeks from today and the respondent no.2 is directed to dispose of the same within a period of two weeks thereafter.
