2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 607 of 2024 arising out of Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 301 of 2018, dated 09.08.2018, lodged on 09.08.2018 under Sections 394, 302 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's bail application was earlier rejected vide order dated 01.10.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68110 of 2024. She further submits that the petitioner has been in custody since 17.02.2024. She also submits that the petitioner does not have a clean criminal antecedent, as three criminal cases are pending against him. It is further submitted that charge was framed on 13.01.2025.

4. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail. He further submits that in the earlier rejection order dated 01.10.2024, it has been recorded that the petitioner's father was granted bail on 08.08.2019, but he did not appear before the court from 2019 to 2024 and due to his non-appearance, delay has occurred in the trial.
5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, as well as the fact that the petitioner has failed to raise any new ground for consideration of his prayer for bail, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, the bail application of the petitioner is hereby rejected. (Dr. Anshuman, J.) Aman Kumar/- U
