JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 25-02-2016 There are adequate materials available on record to show that petitioner wants to have a dominant position in the administration of the University and he is using his wife to intimidate if not to browbeat the senior officials of the University. Such a situation cannot be allowed to prevail at the instance of the petitioner because wife of the petitioner does not have any independent entity and every allegations and complain which she has been making has an object and purpose behind it and is at the instance if not as the instigation of the petitioner. In view of above, order of transfer of the petitioner is not required to be interfered with. In fact such an order of transfer is in administrative interest. Writ application is dismissed.
