2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.140 of 2024 instituted under Sections 341, 323, 307/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, when the informant was harvesting his wheat field then the accused persons came there armed with weapons and petitioner no.5 is alleged to have fired five rounds from a pistol on the informant, however, the

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. The informant side got no injury, however, petitioner nos.4 and 5 got injury in free fight between the parties. Petitioners and informant are family members and due to land dispute, a title suit is pending between them. Petitioner nos.2, 3 and 5 have one criminal antecedent in which they were acquitted of the charges whereas petitioner nos.1 and 4 have no criminal antecedent. Petitioners undertake to cooperate in the investigation and the trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No.140 of 2024, subject to the conditions as
