JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 03-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is aged about 75 years and there is no specific overt act against him.

It appears that the allegation of firing from pistol is against Bittu Kumar and Sonu Kumar.

In the circumstances, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48725 of 2015 (2) dt.03-11-2015 2 / 2 each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nalanda at Bihar Sharif in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case no. 99 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
