This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 447, 323, 307, 354, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Both sides are co-sharers. For property dispute the petitioners allegedly committed the assault and theft against the informant. They attempted to outrage the modesty of the female members of the family.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Harsidhi P.S. Case No. 323 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
