No. 329 of 2003 whereby after finding a prima facie case to be made out under

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7760 of 2015 (3) dt.23-09-2015 2 / 2 Section 498-A of the Indian Penal Code, 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, the petitioners have been summoned to face trial.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw this application in order to raise all the points available to the petitioners at the stage of framing of charge.

Leave is granted.
