In this case, the petitioner is challenging the order dated 2.9.2011 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Barsoi, Katihar, whereby and whereunder, the licence of the petitioner has been cancelled on the ground that the petitioner has not opened his bank account whereupon he is not in a position to enclose the pay-in-slip which is causing loss to the B.P.L. Class of consumers.

There is a provision for appeal, the petitioner should exhaust the forum of appeal instead of approaching this Court. This application is, accordingly, disposed of with a liberty to the petitioner to approach to the appellate authority.
