JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 06-08-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to approach the Circle Officer, Ratnifaridpur Block, District Jehanabad for removal of encroachment by the encroachers over the public land in question.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, liberty is granted to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.5 by filing appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroach Act, 1956 and in

Patna High Court CWJC No.15599 of 2019(2) dt.06-08-2019 2/2 case such a petition is filed within a period of four weeks from today, appropriate action, if required, shall be taken by the respondent no.5 forthwith.

The writ petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms.
