Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the bail petition the petitioner has been granted bail under Section 167(2) Cr.P.C. by the learned court below itself, and as such, the present bail application has become infructuous. Accordingly, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application in connection with Town P.S.Case No.965 of 2021 pending in the court of learned Addl. District and Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Nawada.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63965 of 2021(2) dt.07-03-2022 2/2 Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, this application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
