2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 55of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109(1), 352, 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, on the date of occurrence when the informant was going to house after closing his cloth shop, petitioner along with F.I.R. named accused persons surrounded him and abused and assaulted him by iron rod, Gadasa, lathi-danda causing injury. When uncle and brother of the informant came to save him, the accused persons also assaulted them.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51977 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/2 petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case due to land dispute. No specific allegation of assault is attributed against the petitioner. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. Injury on the injured is simple in nature. There is case and counter case between the parties. F.I.R. has been lodged after delay of three days. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody since 26.05.2025.
5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State opposes the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the parties and facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. VI, Darbhanga in connection with Manigachhi P.S. Case No. 55 of 2025.
